Please securely wrap your watch and place it in a small box. Please do not send original manufacturer's box. Ship your time piece to the address listed above. Please enclose a card with your name, address and telephone number including area code. Include a check (written to Precise Time Watch Repairs Inc.) in the amount of $15.00 to cover return shipping and insurance charges.
Your watch estimate will be ready in 10 to 15 business days, you may approve or decline the repair at that time. When a watch is approved for repair, a cashier's check or money order must be submitted to cover all charges. For your convenience you may also pay by phone using your Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. Upon receipt of payment in full, your repair will begin. When all repairs are finished, your watch is timed, then shipped back to you. Most repairs take 2 to 3 weeks, unless special order parts are needed. Precise Time uses only genuine parts to repair all high grade and name brand watches. You may check the progress of your repair at any time by calling the factory direct at the telephone number at the top of this page.
